How it works

Rotate all adds the same angle, 90°, 180°, or 270° clockwise, to every page's pending rotation, and the ↺ and ↻ buttons change one page at a time on top of that. Reset clears every pending turn. Only when you click Download rotated PDF does pdf-lib open the file, add each page's pending turn to its existing /Rotate value, and save a copy that keeps the original document properties.
